Remedial Massage
Assist the body in healing through restoring normal movement to manage musculoskeletal aches and pains, new and old. Remedial massage can be used to avoid injury through maintaining function, or part of a pain management plan.
For all levels of activity and pain, treatment can be applied as either preventative or curative.
Treatment aims to reduce tone and tension, and to restore tissue compliance and range of motion. Drawing on all massage techniques used including targeted soft tissue releases, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy.
